The PREVA1L Coaching program happens in 3 phases, with each phase being a 30-day sprint. We don't skip steps. We never rush the process.
Phase 1: Make Money
Focus on Increasing Sales, Profits and Repeat (Back-End) Sales
Did you know that nearly every failed business had cashflow problems?

It's true. That's why we start with optimizing the most important lifeblood of your business - sales, profits and repeat sales to start transforming your business into survivable, secure and scalable machine.

In 25+ years of helping clients, one thing I have learned is the value of repeat (back-end) sales. "The money is in the back-end" people will say, yet of the hundreds of companies I have helped only a handful had a back-end. 

Most companies live and die by the front-end, the first sale.
That's usually why cashflow is so dismal.

We'll take what you have and make it work better, and add to it in ways you never have before. Plus, we're gonna get you thinking in terms of always being at least "two products ahead". That's how you win.

Step 1.
IMPORTANT: Many people believe they need to "get ready" to work with me. Getting you ready is the first step. We'll do this together - so all you need to do is bring what you have. I'll guide you from there.

  • ​Do the people know what to do when everything goes wrong?

Step 2.

  • ​How will we know if we are headed in the right direction?
  • ​What assets are available to leverage to meet the goals (human, transactional, sellable)?
  • ​Examine the product, prospect, product, process, projection and plan.
Step 3.

  • ​Determine which of the 4 types of web pages to use
  • ​Determine which of the 3 types of email sequences to use
  • ​Baseline the data to determine starting point
  • ​Establish a new control that we believe will beat the baseline
  • ​Diagnose, validate and verify the results
  • ​Review and repeat, or drop back to baseline

Phase 2: Make Memories
Focus on Optimizing Systems, Processes and Automation
Most business owners are overwhelmed, stuck, stressed out and needlessly frustrated. 

Now that we have increased and optimized your sales, profits and repeat sales, you should already be feeling some relief and it's time to move on to Phase 2. This is where we will start optimizing your systems, processes and automation. This is where we transform your efficiency and effectiveness.

Unlike other programs where YOU would have to take time to train the team... we'll train your team to keep it going so you can start to enjoy the benefits of being a business owner.

That means even more freedom to enjoy more time with your family and friends.

Here are just a few of the many things we'll work on together:
Step 1.

About 9 out of every 10 business owners want to create an impact or build a legacy.

The problem is most people try to skip the other two steps, and that just doesn't work.

Look, wanting to make an impact and create a legacy is a great and honorable thing. But, you very likely won't be successful without cashflow. That's what creating cashflow is the first step in my framework.

  • ​Are employees, including leadership, motivated more on the mission than just tasks?

Step 2. 
  • Are employees individual dreams aligned to follow the grand vision?
  • ​Does leadership know what the employees want for their own dreams & goals?
  • ​Are employees and clients empowered to give both positive and negative feedback?

  • ​Do customers and clients defend and support the business?
  • ​Is business designed to adapt and improve to be continually better?
  • ​What kind of business could put the company out of business?
